It has the patented "Marvelous Middle Construction" Patented Restonic Process anchors the comfort layers to the innerspring in the center-third to prevent body impressions and upholstery fatigue.

Therapedic Gentle Touch
The Therapedic Gentle Touch is a plush feeling Pillowtop mattress. This has a Verticoil Innerspring unit, has 390 coil count, the strength of the coil is 13 guage. The VertiCoils react and conform to the individual contours of each person and spring back after use to original height for lasting support. It has a firmer feel, but has a gentle touch. The Gentle Touch is one great mattress for the price.
